Shipping & Returns Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days for exchange or full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping, handling, or other charges.

  • An item must be in its original packaging and in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price (less any S&H or other charges). Laundered items cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
  • If an item in your order is damaged upon arrival, take a picture of both the item and the damage and email it to us at info@lakefrontbrewery.com. We will work with you over email to exchange your item for a non-damaged one.
  • Please indicate reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund).
  • Send your package via a prepaid, traceable method to ensure a documented delivery. We cannot accept packages sent COD.
  • For your protection, insure your package for its full value. Please follow the return instructions below.


Return Instructions

To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at info@lakefrontbrewery.com or (414) 372-8800 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must have RA # and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection.

Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the products into a shipping box with adequate packing material to prevent damage and tape securely. Write the RA # issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to us postage paid to:

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed will be shipped within 1–4 business days, excluding holidays. We currently ship all orders via USPS. If you require Expedited Delivery, please call (414) 372-8800 and we will advise you of additional fees based on your required delivery.

We currently ship only to US addresses.


How Orders are Processed & Shipped

Orders are processed online 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and over the phone Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8–11 a.m. Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service only.


How Charges are Determined

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. Real-time shipping rates are calculated via integration with UPS and USPS systems.

If items are out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be adjusted. You can determine the shipping cost for any order before checking out by viewing the shipping calculator.
